Make a Solution with Baking Soda and Vinegar
To create a simple and natural all-purpose cleaning solution, combine baking soda and enough water to form a paste. Apply it to the stainless steel with a microfiber cloth, then gently wipe away any built-up residue. Don’t use abrasive cleaners; these can scratch the finish and leave streaks that will be harder to remove later.
Lemon Oil
A clean microfiber cloth dampened with a little lemon oil gives your appliances a beautiful showroom shine without leaving any residue. The citrus-scented cleaner also helps neutralize stains and is a great option for cleaning stainless steel appliances that have been stained by tea, coffee or other beverages.
This at-home cleaner can be used on all types of stainless steel appliances, including the GE Appliance line. It’s easy to use and safe to spray onto your appliances, but you should spot-test it on a small area first to ensure that it will work properly before trying it on the entire appliance.
